Return and Exchange Policy

At Ayyam Perfumes, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange according to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for return and exchange:

   • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
   • Products must be unopened , unused and in original packaging .
   • The invoice or purchase receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable products:

   • Any products that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned.
   • Products that are on sale or on sale are not returnable unless they are defective.

3. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds will be processed after the returned products are inspected.
   • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit , based on the customer's choice.
   • Refunds may take up to 7 business days after approval.

4. Shipping costs:

   • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
   • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy:

   • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or exchange as soon as possible.
